Susan Gallardo, PE is an environmental consultant who works with both public- and private-sector clients on investigation, remediation, redevelopment, and property transfer projects.Currently, much of Ms. Gallardo’s work involves redevelopment of impacted properties. She assists her clients in assessing the liability associated with environmental impacts during acquisition, develops cost-effective remediation and mitigation strategies, and provides technical assistance for implementation of these strategies as well as for management of affected soil and groundwater during construction. Ms. Gallardo's team at GSI Environmental includes toxicologists, hydrogeologists, and engineers who are experts in their fields and adept at applying common-sense approaches to probelm solving.
