Tracy is the Founder and CEO of a successful nonprofit organization called, “Change To Come”, a women’s housing and support organization, located in Oakland, CA. Tracy founded this organization after having difficulties in her life of being a single parent. While working, Tracy was constantly reminded of women who were in similar situations as herself by hearing stories from co-workers and family members of how single parents were going through difficulties in their lives and needed support, or how their children were taken from them because of the lack of housing. As the stories grew the need to help grew. That’s when the quest to start a nonprofit began. Tracy is currently married with three children and three grandchildren. She enjoys a good book, listening to live jazz music, and going to plays. She also loves to spend time volunteering on political issues concerning women.
