Born to a Southern Italian mother who imparted her deep love of food and cooking, Chef Dov Sims spent his early years developing his eclectic culinary pallet, and traditional cooking skills. His determination and natural culinary talents lead him on a journey which included cheffing at some of the top Bay Area restaurants and eventually lead him to owning and operating his own catering and events company, California Rose Catering, in Berkeley. Today he enjoys creating the perfect cuisine to make any event memorable.
