First Time Homebuyer Class
Free First Time Homebuyer Class. Participants look at the advantages and disadvantages of homeownership, budgeting, qualifying ratios, types of loans available and the loan process. Consumer Credit Counseling Services is a non-profit agency approved by HUD. A certificate will be issued at the completion of the class. You must register to be enrolled.
