Community Impact Committee Community Conversation to Address Homelessness: Developing Successful Strategies
Join us for our next series of conversations to consider solutions to Oakland’s homelessness crisis and alleviate its impact on neighborhoods, businesses, and the growing number of unhoused residents in our city.
At this session, you will hear an update and overview on this complex situation by our moderator, Daryel Dunston, Senior Director, Place Pathway, San Francisco Foundation. Following this presentation, participants will convene in smaller breakout groups, each focused in such key areas as encampment management, shelters and housing alternatives, and social services/outreach for unhoused persons.
