DESCRIPTION:In honor of being Oakland's premier ''pet friendly community\,'' the Vote for Pet Mayor event helps the community raise funds for the MVH Pet and Wildlife Fund.  The special election takes place at the Montclair Village Farmer's Market on La Salle Ave at Mountain Blvd on Sundays from 9 am to 1 pm. The winner will be announced on Sunday\, June 21st at 1 pm and all participants will receive an award and prizes at the announcement ceremony.
