Their success has led to innovative investment programs and are providing enormous stimulus for change in their communities.  \n\nDale Bonner\, California Secretary of the Business\, Transportation & Housing Agency\, will be this year's Keynote Speaker. Secretary Bonner will speak about the small business climate in California and will unveil some new state initiatives that invest in the infrastructure and support small business growth in the California.
