DESCRIPTION:Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay is excited to announce that we are hosting our Annual Mission Celebration & Fundraising Gala on Saturday\, May 8\, 2010\, from 6:00 until 10:00 pm\, at the Lake Merritt Hotel in Oakland.  At the event\, we will honor Judge Gail Brewster Bereola for her contributions to the community\, and our keynote address will be delivered by David Hadani\, Chairperson of Goodwill Industries International.  Frank Somerville\, anchorperson for KTVU Channel 2\, will be the Gala MC.  Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception\, dinner\, brief testimonials by our program participants\, and silent and live auctions. Special recognition will be given to event sponsors in all event publications\, including invitations\, auction materials\, and programs\, on our website\, and at a presentation during the Gala.
