Cranston will discuss\nstrategies on how to become a leader in a male dominated organization\, as\nwell as outcomes from those who have tried her techniques and strategies.\nCranston was the first female chair of a big national law firm and supervised\ntwo large corporate mergers. In 2005 she was awarded the Margaret\nBrent Women Lawyers Achievement Award by the American Bar\nAssociation's Commission of Women in the Profession.
